Four rules sit behind every fare on the board. They are the same for every companion and every stop on the line, and the desk repeats whichever one applies in your confirmation message.

01Travel

Zones 1 and 2

Anywhere in Zones 1 and 2 her journey costs you nothing. Beyond that line the return taxi is priced up and quoted before you commit.

02Airports

Three hour minimum

Heathrow and Gatwick hotel bookings run at least three hours with travel counted in, quoted as one total.

03Changes

Cancelling

Cancel at no cost with three or more hours to spare. With under two hours left, 50 percent is payable, and a no-show pays the full fare. She waits 15 minutes past the start time before the booking is moved.

04Settling

Cash, in person

The fare is handed to her in sterling when she arrives. No card, voucher or advance payment is ever requested by the desk.

Leg 01

What sits inside each fare

A fare pays for the hours she spends in your company, and nothing beyond that is offered or sold. Within those hours the shape is yours: the hotel bar, a walk past the fountains at Lancaster Gate, a restaurant, or a quiet room. Her travel within Zones 1 and 2 is already included, and so is the work the desk does to arrange it. Half hour slots do not exist here, and neither do add-ons with prices attached. The figure written in your confirmation is the figure that applies.

Leg 02

How far ahead to book each fare

The shorter fares, one hour up to three, can usually start within the hour of your first message, day or night. The four hour dinner date works best with a morning message, so the table and the companion line up. An overnight is easiest arranged the day before, because she clears her own evening around yours, and a weekend is quoted only once you send the exact dates. Whatever the line, the figure the desk writes back is the one you pay.

Travel, zone by zone

Zones 1 and 2 take in every stop on this site, from Maida Vale down to Hyde Park, and inside them her journey is free. For an address further out, the desk adds the return taxi fare and gives you one complete figure before you commit, never afterwards. Heathrow and Gatwick hotels need three hours at least, her travel counted within them, quoted as a single total once you name the terminal and hotel.

Delays, changes and cancelling

Plans move when trains and flights do. Cancel with three hours or more in hand and you pay nothing. Inside two hours, half the fare falls due, and a booking where the guest never appears is charged in full. If you are the one delayed, she gives you a 15 minute margin; beyond it, the start is reset to a new time instead of running on.

Settling the fare

She receives the fare in cash at the door, before the clock starts. Requests for a card number, a gift card or cryptocurrency never come from the desk, and anyone asking you to pay in some other way is not us.
